     T: Pupils imagine please, you are in a magic garden.You can see many different

        Kinds of food everywhere.  Let`s devide them into fruit, vegetables and food.

        What do you like to eat? What is your  favourite  food?

     Ps: I like to eat fruit and vegetables, because they are tasty and usefull, for

         Eхаmple   they have a lot of vitamins, so you should eat healthy food.

         Bread and grain contain fiber, iron and vitamin B.

         Fruit and vegetables contain potassium and vitamins A,C,E.

         Dairy products contain calcium and vitamin D.

         Meat and Fish contain magnesium and protein.

     T: What food can help us to be healthy?

     Ps: Garlic prevents heart disease.

           Onian is good for our nervers.

           Milk strengthens our bones.

           Banana is good for our muscules.

           Carrots are good for our eyesight.

     T: So, eat wisely if you eat a balanced diet, you will feel great, look great and     always be healthy! An apple a day  keeps a doctor away!

The Earl of Sandwich was an Englishman.He lived in the 18 th centery. He was

Fond of playing cards so much that people knew him the greatest player in London. He played cards during the day and even didn`t stop his games at night.

He remained at the table for 24 hours a day and even didn`t stop for meals.His ser-

vant usually brought him some slices of meat and bread. So he was able to continue playing while eating.

It happened that the Earl of Sandwich put the meat between the bread and in this way invented the new dish.People began to call it “ a sandwich” after this man.

STATEMENTS:

Deruny is a traditional Ukrainian dish made of potatoes. Deruny are small potatoe

Pancakes fried in oil. We eat deruny with sour-cream.

Ukrainians prepare deruny filled with meat or cottage cheese, fried mushrooms.

They are very tasty!

You prepare deruny in this way: first you grate the potato, then you add eggs, flour, then fry the miхture in the pan. They are very tasty with butter, sour-cream and when they are hot.

Another favourite Ukrainian dish is borsch. It is made of potatoes,beets,cabbage,

Meat and tomato source.

Ukrainians like varenyky very much. Varenyky can be filled with cheese,potatoes, cabbage, meat. So,Ukrainian cuisine is rich and tasty.

          THE GOAL OF LIVING IS LIVING IN AGREEMENT WITH
           NATURE

1.Our land is very polluted. In big cities cars and buses have polluted the air. Many

People in cities now have very bad health problems.Factories have also polluted the land and the water. AS a result many rivers and lakes are now dead. People all

over the world are worried about what is happening to the environment. The Earth

is our home and all people must take care of it. We must do everything possible

to save the nature, to make our rivers and air clean. We must live in agreement

with nature.

2.People destroy more and more forests.We say that trees are in the serious danger

now. All over the world people have cut down millions and millions of trees. As

A result, many tipes of animals and plants are now disappearing. Trees are also important because they help to produce oxygen and control the climate.So, we mustn`t live in such way. The forests are the the lungs of our planet.The trees produce oxygen which we breathe.We must live in agreement with nature.

3.From geography lessons we know that Ukraine has the most polluted landscapes

in Eastern Europe. The most polluted air is in industrial cities of Kharkiv, Luhansk,Donetsk.The radioactive isotopes after the accident at the Chernobyl have

affected the air, land and water of Ukraine.

We want to add the information about trees.They provide food for insects,reptails,

V: Please, give me a stewed fruit

W: Do you want anything else?

V: No, thank you.

W: What would you like to order?

V: I would like some chicken and rice.

W: And what for the second course?

V: Cutlets with cereal,please.

W: Anything to drink?

V: I want some orange juice.
